Horrible First Experience

yes I had an appointment on August 21st at the Smithville Road store in Dayton Ohio it was an absolutely horrible first experience had appointments for my daughter 14 my other daughter 19 in myself which I had to take my 14 year old out of school and if you know anything about Ohio Department of Education laws they don't get that many hours so she was out of school and then I got there at 8 in the store was closed so not only that I waste the morning for my daughter there was no one in the store to open up a young lady comes to the door about 8:20 with something from McDonald's in her hand and I'm looking at her she never acknowledge me and I know she knew I was standing there to get in because I was in front of the store she didn't acknowledge me didn't ask if I had an appointment I asked her what's going on I had an appointment you're not even here to open up she says to me okay as if it was. so I was beyond bothered and. here it is September 4th and still I haven't heard anything.
