I'm dealing with that right now... was supposed to close on my new home on the 15th but was told someone messed up on the numbers so it had to be resubmitted to USDA. In the meantime I'm paying $139 a day to stay in my old house and my lender is saying now he has to resubmit again because the amount that was quoted after the sale was lower but he didn't factor in that we still had to pay taxes on my old house and all those other fees that were tacked on, not that I spent any for my pleasure. So now he's saying MAYBE next Monday but in the meantime I'm paying everyday. Then he act like he's doing us a favor.
