Have been going through this service dog training service in the past year or two and it has been horrible. There are 3 trainers in total. 2 of which are co owners and hardly ever show up to classes. The third person helps with basic obedience and gives them a space to train at. This third person is good and I have no issue with her. The second co owner which is the daughter is also OK. The main owner is far too aggressive in her approach and talks down to her clients, treating them like children. She is unable to handle people suffering from PTSD yet claims she wants to do the training mostly for veterans. She should not be allowed to interact with former or current soldiers because she triggers them with her personality. When a veteran who is clearly struggling is trying to leave and exit the building DO NOT jump in front of them to block their exit! Totally unprofessional, doesn't return calls, owed money and took forever to get it back from her. Do not recommend this place at all! Not while the one lady is there. Just want an honest review out there. Their facebook reviews are all written by their friends, not actual clients.
