Horrible experience Tulsa

I am writing in regards to a horrible experience I had today at your Tulsa, OK Location. I took my engagement and wedding band in to be inspected and soldered together and the girl, Jessica, insinuated that I was lying where my band had been purchased because she couldnt find it in the computer. When she finally did find it, she looked at my rings and told me that soldering them together would make it where I needed them taken down a size. I told her they fit fine and because of health problems, I didnt want to change the size. After a discussion, I finally just said whatever and agreed to change the size to a 7.5 from an 8. She then asked me when I wanted to pick them up next week, next week? She said let me ask but Im sure it will be at least next week if not longer. She went to talk to the jewler and as I was perusing the store, I overheard him say the baguettes would be on the bottom of my finger if he takes it down much and he also told her 1-2 days. She walked back to me and said yep, he said next Monday at earliest. I heard her talking to him and his response was 1-2 days. I do not appreciate being lied to. I asked why so long since my husband and I bought at Jared because of their in house jewler and it not taking weeks to fix anything. Jessica told me because of covid theres a back log and they also service Kay and Zales, ect. I feel if I purchased at Jared, I should be a priority. I was all but in tears and my blood pressure was very elevated so I left the store. I called customer support and the lady was helpful and called the store and told them do not resize my rings and she agreed that soldering does not make them bigger, if anything it will make it smaller because it is a wider band. She got back on the phone and told me that good thing she called right then because they were getting ready to start on it. Now if they were getting ready to start on it within 30minutes of me leaving the store, why will it take a week to fix it? I am disgusted with my experience today and I am not sure I will ever buy anything from Jared again.
