Last year my daughters pictures were sent to someone else. As a fix for the data breach they offered a free digital album. We had already paid for a digital album, so I called and was told I could use the free album at a later time. Called scheduled appointment let them know I wanted to use that offer. Unfortunately my daughter got sick so had to cancel and reschedule a week later. We get there and they have no record of us having an appointment. They squeeze us in and we take the photos. We go to look at at the photos and they can’t find a coupon code to honor their mistake. I call the customer service line after waiting on hold for over 40 mins I hang up. Mean while the manger who is not in the store and how has proven to be a nasty person in the past says she can’t help me and I will need to deal with customer service. Called corporate and never got a call back. Called again today both customer service line which has a message of they have a hit call volume to call back tomorrow, and corporate still no resolution.
