HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE; HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

CONTINUING THE SAGA ABOVE. THE TECH ARRIVES AT 4:50 PM AND ASKS,"WHAT'S GOING ON" ? HE DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHY HE WAS HERE!!! HE LOOKS AT THE CIRCUIT BOX AND SAYS, "THIS BREAKER IS FRIED". WELL, NO KIDDING, I KNEW THAT. HE GOES ON TO SAY, THE BREAKER COST OVER $150, BUT....WE ARE GOING TO COVER IT FOR YOU. I'M THINKING BUT NOT SAYING, WELL, *** YES, YOU ARE. I HAVE TO ORDER IT HE SAYS; WE WILL HAVE TO CALL YOU TOMORROW WITH ETA AND HE LEAVES. THE BURNING SMELL GETS MORE INTENSE AS DOES THE HEAT IN THE HOUSE. I CALL IN A PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICIAN. LOW AND BEHOLD, NOT ONLY WAS THE BREAKER COMPLETELY BURNED, SO ARE THE WIRES GOING TO IT; THE SECONDARY BREAKER IS MELTED AND THE 2 BREAKERS ABOVE THOSE STARTED TO BURN UNDERNEATH!!! ELECTRICIAN CUTS OUT THE BURNED WIRES, REPLACES THEM AND WIRES THE AC TO THE MAIN BREAKER FOR NOW. LOW AND BEHOLD, THE AC UNIT IMMEDIATELY STARTS RUNNING. HE LOOKS THE LOOSE WIRE THAT AIR AROUND THE CLOCK JUST LEFT EXPOSED NEAR THE AC UNIT AND SAYS, GOOD LORD; I WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS ALSO. IN THE END DUE TO FAULTY WIRING WE NOW HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE CIRCUIT BOX AND BREAKERS. AIR AROUND THE CLOCK CALLS ME THIS MORNING AND I TELL "COLIN" ABOVE ABOUT ELECTRICIAN AND HE ACTUALLY SAYS TO ME,"WELL, I KNEW THE BREAKER HAD BURNED BUT I DID NOT KNOW THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE. SO, I SAY TO HIM, WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE DONE WHEN YOU FINALLY MADE IT TO MY HOME TODAY AND SO THE DAMAGE THAT YOU FAILED TO INSPECT YESTERDAY- YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO FIX THE PANEL, CORRECT. I GET NO ANSWER AND THEN HE SAYS, SO, YOU GOT THE PROBLEM FIXED, I'LL CANCEL THE ORDER. WORST, EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ANY CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER HAD WORK IN ANY HOME I HAVE OWNED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I TRIED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND OR THE PERSON WHO INITIALLY CAME OUT TO TELL ABOUT THEIR SERVICES AND LITERALLY WAS NOT ALLOWED TO DO SO. I WAS TOLD, WE WILL GIVE A REPORT TO A MANAGER AND SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU. THAT WAS 2 FULL DAYS AGO AND NO PHONE CALL. I DON'T INTEND TO LET THIS GO. I WILL ATTEMPT ANOTHER CALL TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND IF I HAVE NO SUCCESS FROM THERE I WILL TAKE FURTHER STEPS.
