horrible experience! don’t buy!

I purchased a jacket back in December and even paid extra money for expedited shipping. They said that shipping usually takes only 5-7 business days. Well, I actually received nothing yet! I contacted SammyDress customer service and asked for a refund. First they tried to tell me they had 10 working days to process the order before shipping. I said that I’m not that stupid to believe that. Then they offered a discount for my next order. I told that I don’t need any discounts and I even paid for expedited shipping but I did not get expedited shipping! I paid money for a service I didn't receive! They just stole that money from me! It is now January 22 and still nothing! I really hate this company, they just make me mad!
