Hello, my family and I visited your store at approximately 6:30 pm on Saturday, October 26, 2019. I must tell you that per usual the pizza was good, however the service and cleanliness of the restaurant were subpar to say the least. First of all, we ordered three pizzas at the same time and they did not all come out at the same time. My husband received his pizza first, eight minutes later, I received my pizza and five minutes after that my daughter received her pizza. All three of the pizzas had charred edges in some spots, but were edible, just not as good as they usually are. Secondly, when I took my daughter to the ladies room to wash our hands, it was a mess and there was no soap. I reported this the cashier. As we were leaving I went back to the bathroom to wash our hands and it was still a mess and there was still no soap. Third, the beverage area was dirty, they were out of blood orange lemonade, lemonade, and there were no tops for the cups. We reported this to the cashier before we got our pizzas and the lemonade and cups were still not refilled when we walked by to leave. Fourth, the tables were not being cleared and wiped down. I had to take a napkin to remove the crumbs that were on our table and several tables had trash on them that patrons had to remove before sitting down. It was apparent that you were short-staffed, however, there is no excuse for the lack of service that was being given. I was highly disappointed with the entire experience and even though the pizza was good, the service was awful and the entire restaurant needed a good cleaning. I really hope this letter gets you to get your act together. Your restaurant has always been a family favorite, but we will not be returning anytime in the near future
