Horrible experience at cancun resort

Terrible service would be putting it nicely. Horrible food, long lines and time to receive food, no AC in restaurants, not provided what i paid for, extremely poor management customer service and hospitality standards. User's recommendation: Do NOT stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun.
