*******PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING ON WITH THIS TEAM!****** I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I don't know where to begin. Bali called me saying that people make minor mistakes and this has had no affect on my life. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I'm very upset, this company turned my life upside down in a matter of a 2 days. Approved us, sent us a realtor. Realtor came stated what we needed to do to sell our house. We packed everything up as he suggested then were immediately going to look for houses because he thinks he found a buyer for our house. We did 6 months worth of work on our house in 4 days! Then get a call from Bali saying we are NOT APPROVED! I don't understand how this could happen! All she said to me is I should feel good that my homes decluttered, my homes not cluttered, I packed my life up, my kid packed their stuff up! She just kept saying I don't want y'all to be homeless. HOMELESS!!!!!! I'm so in shock and can do nothing but sit here and cry knowing that I have to inform my children we aren't going to look at houses and everyone lied to us! Yes lied, I can't get over this. I understand being pre Approved and what can go wrong, but I believe Baly just said we were approved and we were never approved. This is all I can think of, I can't wrap my head around telling us and realtor "your approved, you can find a house to buy Asap". I would go in with caution with this "team" and I wouldn't do anything they say until it's in writing. My life has been turned upside down by this company with no regard to any hurt or pain they've caused us, just we could've been homeless and we decluttered.
