Update by user Jun 19, 2019 no Original review posted by user Jun 18, 2019 If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered flowers to be delivered on the anniversary of a death. They were not delivered. When I called the next day, they told me they were delivered. When I confirmed with the recipient that there were not in fact received, I called back only to be put on hold for 20 minutes. When they finally picked up, the lady could have cared less about the problem and told me that it would cost an additional $25 or I could cancel the order. Needless to say that I cancelled the order. This company is located in New Jersey and evidently outsources the orders. Do not use them. Horrible customer service and totally unreliable!
