My dishwasher is only 2 years old and has broken down 7 times and every time I have had to pay for service charges. I paid $1100. for this top of the line dish washer and haveing it break down 7 times in 2 years is unexceptable. I have not gotten any where with the customer service. I even spoke to the top supervisor and she offered nothing to help me. The last time I spoke with Electrolux they said that it hadn't broken down enough times for me to get a new machine. My dishwasher is a lemon and has been from the day I brought it home.
