My 9’ Colorado Mt. Spruce Tree after 2 years the entire electrical unit at the top burned out in the middle of Xmas season. Balsam Hill agreed to full replacement tree to ship in August. I revived a notice in October 2019 that the tree is no longer available and to pick another tree. I spent over 6hrs of time arguing with getting my replacement sent, FINALLY agree and they send me a 6.5’ tree. Call customer service get the run around “No one willing to help”. Finally get a FedX return label a week later, ship the tree back and don’t here a word. Called today Nov 20, 2019 to follow up and spend 2hrs on the phone arguing that “my only option is a multi color-clear LED tree. Not acceptable. After 3 supervisors, “your tree is about to be out of warranty and you don’t deserve a new tree”. I got pissed. My only option was to “take it or leave it” with an 8’ tree that cost less brand new than my 9’ Flip Tree. Balance Hill would NOT accept ANY responsibility in shipping the wrong tree( I believe intentionally) so now everything is “sold out”. No refund offered. Refused 10’ tree. They are in breach of their contract warranty and being fraudulent. Horribly rude, lack of knowledge and unwillingness to help. Pissed.
