My gf ordered me a brand new smoker through Ebay. We have been told 5 different delivery days. Spent 40 minutes on phone only to be ignored then system kicked me to voice mail. This is THE worst carrier. Post Office delivers faster than them. I'm giving no stars. They dont even deserve any recognition. User's recommendation: DONT USE. THEY'RE LIARS.
