Horrible customer support

Arlo hub quit working with Comcast wifi and after finally getting a support agent, I was told that my set up - which had worked for a year - was at fault and there was nothing wrong with the system. They told me to expect a follow up with advice, but it never came AND the case was marked closed. Thanks for the heads up... I will move to a more dependable and better supported system. User's recommendation: Don’t waste money on this pricey and horribly supported system.
