Horrible customer service when wanting to cancel service

Both of my parents were diagnosed with terminal illnesses 4 months apart. I've had to move them in with me and sell their home. I contacted the 1-80*-833-**** number and have had nothing but the run around and horrible service. The new owners of their home does not want the service. I have sent them in an email all the information they have requested and still haven't heard back. They always tell me managers are in a meeting. I have called over 20 times and emailed 8 times. I just want to take care of this so I can take care of my parents. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I'm not one who usually writes bad reviews but I'm fed up! All the person who answers the phone tells me is to pay $2,000 REALLY! My parents are terminally ill and its taking all we have to take care of them Do not deal with this company!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
