Horrible Customer Service…..well actually no customer service

I am having a problem with a weather station so I called their technical support phone number. It told me that I was number 21 in the queue. So after waiting 3-1/2 hours it was finally my turn to talk to someone and I got a message saying that they were experiencing technical issues and to call back later?? Next I went on their website looking for an online support ant there is a message saying that they are having unusual long hold times on their phone support and that I should e-mail support and they would get back to me within 7 days. I sent the e-mail and got an email back saying that all technical issues need to be handled by calling on the phone???? WTF????
