We went to Wasilla Fred Meyer Jewelers to have a small repair. Although there were four employees there, we were forced to wait and wait. We were also extremely angered when none of these employees waited on an elderly couple. After the repair, this snarky employee asked for phone number. When we questioned "why", she just said for their records. We should never have given the number. About a week later, scam and credit card come on calls started although we have an unpublished number and are on the no-call list. This store is just low end trash. Go to Anchorage to a reputable jeweler. User's recommendation: Don't Shop There!
