Horrible customer service, products were used and not working upon receipt

My husband ordered two sets of LG headphones that were supposedly NEW and each pair had a earbud not working upon receipt of them. We contacted Esurebuy.com about a replacement and we were told that the headphones needed to be warranty repaired through LG. However, the headphones were missing their serial numbers! LG wouldn't accept them without the serial numbers and when we tried to continue communication with Esurebuy.com about them, they stopped responding to us at all. We disputed the charge with our credit card company and are now having to go through the hassle of that. Very shady and definitely not good business practices. Apparently, this is a theme with this company.
