Horrible customer service & processing time

I have had two claims now where my insurance company has used Lynx. Both times have been a nightmare. Their customer service and response time is horrible. Their solution-focus and sense of urgency is non-existant. In October, my husband had a minor accident. His truck sat at the repair shop for three weeks longer than expected because the shop couldn't process the approval. They said they never received the three submissions that the body shop had proof of sending. This month, I was hit by an uninsured driver, so I had to file a claim on my insurance. Again, through Lynx, we are now at week 3 and they still have not yet processed or approved the claim. Both times we've used a preferred body shop hoping that this would expedite the process. It only seems to have made it worse. I'm considering changing my insurance company just to NEVER have to work with Lynx Services again. It's THAT bad.
