Horrible customer service, NO returned call!

As of tomorrow it has been 4 weeks that we have a roll up door that is broken, it won't go up or down, stuck half way up on our garage, 12x20. Our expensive mower and other equipment are exposed to the outside. NOT secure at all. We have made 4 calls with NO RETURN call to send someone to check out/replace our door. We have made ALL lease payments on time. We have kept our promise to pay so why can't we get this matter attended to? Maybe it's time to stop paying and have the building picked up! We are pleased with the construction of the building. Held up very well during Hurricane Florence, with NO damages. The roll up door has not ever rolled up or down easy. WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS! We don't recommend anyone to rent, lease nor purchase a Graceland portable building due to this issue. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
