Called their customer service hotline because my package is already late and the lady who picked up said to expect it within the day. Surprise, surprise no delivery guy showed up. I called the next day and they wouldn't answer calls, landline or through their mobile numbers. I can even hear them drop my call. I tried several times throughout the day and no dice. This company sucks, their "guarantee to deliver the next day" or even in 1-2 days is nothing but BS. Even their customer service seems horribly misinformed and ill mannered. So if you want to try this service, I suggest you look somewhere else because you will just get a lot of headaches from this company.
