This is advertised and sold as a low cost alternative to the ACA. What it is is a nickel and dime insurance that will out of pocket you to death. The Company changes their plan details so often (as a detriment to the consumer) that their agents don't even have all the facts and the customer service department is rude and uniformed. I had a claim for an accident that happened out of the Country and for which we were told was covered through a supplement with ABC, only to find out after we returned that the policy had changed to exclude out of Country coverage. We weren't even treated out of the Country. I met with my agent (who was the only thing good about this policy), who looked through all her literature and could not find anything to say we were not covered out of the Country. Apparently, the exclusion is in a brochure that neither we nor our agent where even aware of. Stay away from this Company. There are much better solutions out there.
