Horrible customer service.. Got the run around… I understand things are backed up because of Corona Virus, but I held several times over 1./2 hour each time

I ordered one simply fit board. Suddenly, I have another charge coming out of my checking account from As Seen on TV. I have no idea what it is, cannot get a Simply Fit customer service rep for the life of me, and I will now have to stop payment on these accounts with my bank. I am LIVID. User's recommendation: Do not fall into this trap.... RIDICULOUS.. buy one at TARGET.
