Horrible Customer Service – DO NOT USE THEM

Do not use Monoprice....horrible customer service! I recently bought a $465 enterprise drive and it was incompatible with our motherboard when my IT guy went to install it. We asked for credit, not a refund, to replace it with a compatible drive and they refused due to the 30 day window! My IT guy was on vacation and now we're out $450 with a brand new drive they refuse to replace. I told them I didn't want a refund...only credit to purchase the proper drive that is compatible...they again refused to even give me credit to get the right product! Horrible customer service....DO NOT USE MONOPRICE!!!!
