I am an US Cutomer. Sometime in November /December Yupp abruptly stopped streaming Zee Marathi. I tried calling no response. Finally sent an email 12/5 to cancel. Get an email back 12/11 apologizing and telling me to call them to get good deal with Hotstar. Called on 12/16. Was told that for $20 I will get Hotstar for one year. Gave the lady my card number. Was put on hold for ever (they don't have any hold music.. just a blank line). Gave up after I saw an email that they will get back to me in 24 hours. Didn't hear anything back. So called them today and was told the I disconnected the call, my card was declined and now I am out of luck since that offer is no loner available. Unbelievably rude floor manager. Never sign up with Yupp TV. I am an annual subscriber and was told there is no refund if I want to cancel. So even your money is gone!
