Purchased almost $500 worth of merchandise in two orders. I returned 3 items that did not work. Happy with the other pieces. A MONTH LATER, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! IT SOUNDS LIKE ONLY 1 PERSON WORKS IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. BECAUSE EVERY TIME I CALL-IT'S HER!!!! AND NOTHING GETS DONE!!! I WANT MY $300!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!
