Horrible Customer Service – Caution on renegotiated rates

I converted to GNG over a year ago for a better rate. When it came time to renew in November, it didn't go well. Suddenly, in January, I received a bill for $490, triple what I expected @ 1.59/therm! They didn't honor the negotiated rate. When I called to straighten the matter out, the customer service person basically told me I was a liar, literally read my bill to me line by line that said nothing about the negotiated rate, and then she hung up on me! I ask them to make this right but all I received was a rude agent who hung up on me. User's recommendation: Horrible customer service and they don't follow through what they say they will do...do you want those type of people controlling the gas that goes into your home???
