Horrible customer service/billing

First of all never had issues with product, has really helped me a lot. Problem is I'm covered at 90%, but get billed at 80. Can understand first shipment of the year, but every single order. Then you call the customer service and you get passed back and fourth and get nothing resolved. Dexcom makes enough profit to pay for better help. I'm really considering switching cgms because of these issues.
