Horrible customer service and wrong deliveries

Apparently your driver has a problem reading addresses. My package, which was rescheduled twice, was misdelivered today to my neighbor. I am lucky that I have honest neighbors. Your delivery service has been terrible in the past and had I known Target was going to ship this with your company, I never would have ordered it. I am going to complain to Target too. User's recommendation: Find out who is delivering your merchandise and don't accept OnTrac as a carrier.
