Horrible customer service and unauthorized cc charges

Music and Arts continues to charge my credit card after I have called them and emailed them numerous times to stop. I have a grandchild and he is taking lessons there but they were stopped due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I called the store multiple times and their so called corporate office but there was no answer nobody there to help me. My credit card still was being charged repeated times and I have no source of income due to the pandemic. After weeks of being unable to reach anybody at the store or corporate, they were still charging my credit card. I guess they had no problem doing that! Several unauthorized charges were made. After nearly a month and a half I got in touch with somebody named Jessica, who said she would look into it, but more time now has passed. I finally canceled my credit card after disputing the Music and Arts charges. Now the Music and Arts billing dept has sent me to their collections for something I (my grandchild) didnt receive and I very certainly didnt authorize the charges. When this location was Rocketeria, before it was Music and Arts, I had no issues dealing with any of the staff there. They were very attentive, caring, and treated customers in a respectful way. My grandson, who is ADHD, had a great experience between lessons, jam groups, and things they had done like summer programs. Since Music and Arts has taken over all this is gone. They make us feel like just another number. The only semi-good thing is that his instructor is still there, who makes him feel like a person. Since all this is happened, my grandson has lost interest in playing his instrument, he has decreased desire to go out and play (or do anything related to music) Music and Arts has been an abysmal failure in the way of customer service, instrument rental, follow through, AND any consideration towards their loyal customers. This is beyond bad customer service - not returning requests for information. I know with the pandemic these are unprecedented times, but given the amount of time that happened in between when the pandemic hit, the confusion with the lessons, my card being charged and any communication with the company, this is ridiculous and borders on complete idiocy. User's recommendation: *** Stay away. Steer clear.
