Horrible customer service and turn around time

Called in a warranty claim on my camper A/C unit. I have been put out by hurricane Sally and forced to live in camper in Alabama heat with no way to cool my family or pets. Was told its non urgent. If I have it replaced before approval (24-48hours) going on 5 days it will void my claim. User's recommendation: Find a different warranty company.
