Horrible customer service and policies

They sent me defective merchandise and displayed such rude customer service and policy I put a stop payment on my visa. Now visa needs to take away their right to charge. They want three weeks to return the item and I’m expected to deliver it to the post office for them. I wish I could share the atrocious emails their ‘rep’ sent me.
