My shipment has been sitting in Conley, GA since last Wednesday. They claim it is because a lift gate and an appointment are needed. They can come any time they want during our business hours, so the appointment thing is on THEM. I just need a "heads up". and they claim they only have one truck with a liftgate. ONE TRUCK? I call BS. I still haven't gotten a phone call and it;s been a week. How long does it take to call someone? Worst trucking company ever. I told the company i ordered from if they continued to use Central Transport, they had lost me as a client. K
