I bought a pretty expensive wood bunk bed for my daughter. I didn't have it a month before the wood pieces broke and i had a tech come to my house multiple times before i finally was fed up with the cheap furniture. I went to the store to tell them what was going on and the store manager in Eliabethton, Tn said don't worry about the last payment you have been a great customer and you have had so many problems with the bed we will take care of it. Well "Jose" sure did not stick to his word it ended up going on my credit as delinquent and me having to pay the full amount. now I am battling with them to remove this off my credit so i can buy a home. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY LIE AND THE FURNITURE IS TRASH!!!!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT GO TO BADCOCK.
