Called on 1/18/19 in reference to an order placed using paypal. The two customer service representatives, if you want to call them that, (both men) were extremely rude, unprofessional, short tempered and aggressive). They acted as if I was a child needing to be reprimanded for THEIR below standard website and lack of patience when describing my particular situation. I can not stress this enough. Black women have the most powerful dollar in the wig business by far. I STRONGLY suggest you take your hard earned dollars and place them in the hands of a business that appreciates it customers and doesn't just hire a couple of ex-bouncer, couldn't get into the police academy goons, to answer their phones. It was truly the WORST experience I've ever had on the phone. I will NEVER, ever in my life order from them again. They don't deserve our precious hard earned dollars or our precious time. We have it hard enough.
