Sent my daughter to purchase a few things considering this is her senior year in high school and she is perfectly capable of doing this on her own. While preparing to pay she pulled her card out of her wallet and it fell between the crack in the desk. Complete accident however she was told that she had to wait until the store closed at 6pm before the card could be retrieved. I am highly annoyed considering this happened around 3:30pm!!! And the even more pressing fact that it is my credit card that is sitting in the crack of said desk. I really think regardless or how busy you are, if disconnecting the desks doesn't STOP the cash register from working you should have one person ringing and the other moving the darn desk on top of my credit card!!! I am more than willing to have a little patience but to wait over two hours to retrieve a card is insane. Soooooooooooo glad this is my absolute last year having to deal with this place I don't know what to do!!!!!! *UPDATE* - The manager of the store told me that she never told my daughter that and there is nothing she was able to do in order to get my card. She replied that the desk are not bolted to the floor when asked why couldn't she move the desk. She also mentioned that she told my daughter that had been waiting from 3:30 until 6:00pm that she never told her that. She simply said she would access the situation once the store closed, I find that extremely hard to believe. So I basically had to cancel my card and my daughter wasted close to three hours of her life on a no win situation. Not happy and this is not a professional place of business.
