Horrible Customer Care…horrible experiences
I was told to pay my bill by a certain date to avoid interruption. I paid my bill over 10 days before hand to avoid any risk of interruption. Georgia Natural Gas cashed my check and still disconnected services and told me it would take a week to get services back on. I am looking for another provider now...I don't want to deal with any company that does not care about my well-being over getting my money. Please do not use this company!!
