TECH CAME TO HOUSE AND DID NOT FIX ISSUE! WAS ON HOLD TRYING TO GET TO A TECH FOR AN HOUR AT 11PM. CALLED BACK NEXT MORNING AND ON HOLD FOR 90 MINUTES SO FAR!!!! NO ANSWER!!!! I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOOKS LIKE I'M NOT THE ONLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. NOT SURE HOW YOU ARE RATED #1 IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH J.D. POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WISH I COULD RATE YOU A ZERO!!! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
