I wish I could leave a MINUS score! Mr. Cooper bought my loan from CitiBank in Sept 2017 & I have paid them almost $38,000. I have NEVER been late, not once! I ReFi'd my loan & NOT with them, I told my new mortgage company to fund the payment to Mr. Cooper on 9/17 as...
