HORRIBLE company with a shady business practice.

HORRIBLE company! One of First Chicago Insurance's clients hit us real hard by backing up illegally in the parking lot. It has been over 2 months and they keep ignoring to pay for our damage. They try to blame on Uber but their insured was not even driving for Uber at the time. Their insured was picking up a pizza for his family then hit us real hard when backing up his car without checking. We had a baby in the car at the time of the accident. Our baby was hit directly from the rear door side while she's sleeping in the car seat. At first, we thought our baby was fine even our car was hit really bad. She is still a baby and can't talk nor communicate with us yet. First Chicago Insurance made us make a recorded statement that nobody was injured. After the car accident, our baby keeps crying every single day. Now we think our baby may have a neck injury from the accident. Our pediatrician recommends us to send baby for an X-ray at the hospital. At the same time, our car is not safe to drive with a baby. First Chicago Insurance doesn't even want to pay for our car damage, not to mention our baby's hospital bill and our car rental fee. First Chicago Insurance's customer representative was mean and rude to us on the phone. Their insured told us he already sent all the required documents to First Chicago Insurance months ago, but they keep lying to us that they're still waiting for the documents to process the claim! They said if their insured doesn't send in the documents then we will have to deal with the damages by ourselves. This is ridiculous. It's between First Chicago Insurance and their client, and they ignore the fact that their insured already sent the documents months ago. They use it as an excuse not to pay for our damage. They said we're welcome to take them to court. It's time for us to file suit on this horrible company to pay for all of our damages. They will not only need to pay for our car damage but also our baby's hospital bills and our car rental fees. We will also file a complaint with Illinois Department of Insurance, a Better Business Bureau, and make sure all of our friends, colleagues and everyone knows about their shady business on social media channels.
