Horrible company. They misinterpreted the FHA guidelines and told me I had to hire a plumber and an excavation company to give me quotes to convert my brand new well over to town water. This is all after 4 months of telling me we were approved. I am done playing games with them. Customer service is not good, have to email at least every week to see what is going on because they do not communicate with you. 4 months of giving them everything they asked for...what a waste of time. AND I am out $600 between the appraisal that they required and plumbers fees. User's recommendation: Look elsewhere, they will drag you along for months and they require you to spend money to get this done. Interest rate was cheaper elsewhere also.
