Update by user Jan 07, 2019 As of January the unit still is not working and no new parts have been sent. Thinking of filing a small claims case against them. Original review posted by user Dec 05, 2018 Product originally arrived damaged. Alpine was great at sending the replacement. Now that the unit is set up it only worked 4 days. I had the heating company come out multiple times and they contact support and the issue does not get resolved. Alpine stated it was a circuit board and they would send a replacement but now they won't send it and said they went through the wrong troubleshooting. 4 months later my unit still does not work and Alpine isn't helping. Also warranty is only good for parts not service or labor. I don't recommend this company at all.
