Ordered two items both defective and customer service will not do anything. Every time i call it is a 1-2 hour hold time and still no answers. Asked for manger and can't get one or anywhere. I will never use this company have two items broken defective can't use & company will not do anything Order a solar cover defective sinks in pool doesn't keep pool warm-- will not replace or exchange.... ordered a pool cleaner Wanda pool cleaner was broken' Took many hours and numerouse complains to finally get that exchanged. Still doesn't work well but told it's my problem. There are other reputable companies out there. Beware of this company Do your business elsewhere. Their prices are not work the aggravation.
