Horrible company, atrocious customer service

We tried to book a flight. Never got the call with the confirmation code or the email. Tried calling the 800 number many, many times and it either rang through or was busy. Eventually the request auto-cancelled, and they had the audacity to charge a $50.00 fee to cancel a booking that never actually happened! I started a chat, too, and NO ONE ever responded. Then 45 minutes after starting the chat, I sent a "Anyone there?" message and it said THEY'RE OFFLINE! And the website says "Available 24x7". User's recommendation: Do NOT use them. Ever.
