Horrible company and unprofessional

Ordered Mask with a 3-day express on 8/27/20. The company wrote the wrong address down on the package and then ups misplaced the package. It is now 9/24 and still no package received. I called the company only to get a rep who is outsourced and refused to get a manager or supervisor on phone. Told me that if I want my package which now was being sent back to them, I would have to pay add 'l $20. They refused to refund me the express fees and did not even care that I was upset about this. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE>;;;;;; User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
