HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVIES THE WORST IVE SEEN

PLACED AN ORDER IT WAS SUPPOSE TO SHIP IN 2 DAY DIDNT I CALLED TO CANCELL ORDER I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CONTACT ME TO CANCEL THE PRODUCT . THEY DIDN'T WHAT THEY DID WAS SHIP OUT WHAT I DIDN'T WANT ANY L;ONGE AND CHARGED MY CARD . IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEK I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND KEEP GETING THE SAME OLD BS . KALORIK COMPANY YOU SHOULD BE ASSAMED OF YOUR SELVES YOU NEED TO INPROVE YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CLOSE DOWN YOUR COMPANY . I AM CONTACTIN BBB ON YOU GUYS IF MY MATTER IS NOT RESLOVED BY MONDAY . AND FILLING A FORMAL COMPLAINT ON YOUR COMPANY .
