Like so many of the commenters, I also was lied to on numerous occasions by the sales people picking up the call. They will put you on hold to say there's checking on your issue, and when the come back on the line 30 seconds later, it's nothing but lies. I paid cash for my car, and so they dropped the ball. My paperwork has never made it out of the funding department to contracts or title. User's recommendation: Be very cautious believing anything they say.
