Horrible communication and lack of follow through or help

Due to a sudden death in the family, my husband and I had to move to Massachusetts and we had leased a vehicle in California where we lived. Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles requires a letter stating permission or limited power of attorney from the company for us to register the vehicle, along with a copy or original title. KIA has said that the paperwork was sent, when in fact they did not send it out for two User's recommendation: The car is great, the company is horrible.
