Horrible claims department

The process of my car getting fixed started out good but quickly turned into a nightmare. I waited a whole month to get car fixed. I keep getting run around from both pronto and the repair shop. When I finally got car I was not satisfied. My bumper does not fit after market products and bumper used. Every time I try to get assistance on this i get forward to someone else and everyone plays dumb. Sick of this. And my claims person never calls back
